These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("you" or "member") of the xbaji platform ("platform" or "service"). By accessing the platform, registering, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

xbaji operates a secure and reliable online betting and gaming platform for players in Bangladesh. We protect every member's data and transactions through SSL encryption and a fair play policy.

The following conditions must be met to use xbaji's services:

3.1 Registration Process

To become a member, you must complete registration using a valid mobile number or email address. Create a strong password during registration and do not share it with anyone.

3.2 Account Security

Keeping your account credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility. Report any unauthorized access to our support team immediately. xbaji will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access, unless it is caused by our negligence.

3.3 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure. xbaji reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on xbaji are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currently accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal time: Processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.1 Deposit Guidelines

Use accurate account details when making a deposit. xbaji is not responsible for delays or funds not reaching the account due to incorrect information. Suspicious or unusual transactions may be held for further verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Guidelines

Withdrawal requests must be made through a registered payment method. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing from a bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once per member; it cannot be claimed more than once.
• Separate terms apply to specific promotions for earning a bonus.
• xbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Transferring a bonus directly to another member's account is not permitted.

xbaji is firmly committed to fair play. All games and betting activities are conducted transparently.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or cleaning of illegal funds.
• Collusion (gaining unfair advantage as a group) or match fixing.
• Using dishonest methods to meet bonus requirements.

Engaging in any of the above prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited. xbaji may provide information to law enforcement authorities if required.

xbaji has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP benefits are credited automatically to eligible members' accounts. Tiers may change if activity is low during a given period. Advance notice will be given for any changes to VIP terms.

8.1 Complaints Process

If you have a complaint, first describe it in detail via live chat or email. The support team will review the complaint and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Attaching the relevant transaction ID or screenshots when submitting a complaint speeds up the process.

Under no circumstances will xbaji's total liability exceed the balance in the member's account.

If you do not wish to accept the updated Terms, please request account closure and withdraw any remaining balance.

Relevant international cyber and gaming regulations will apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms. Any dispute between the two parties will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, mediation will be pursued.
